This year, the conference brought together engineers, simulation experts, and R&D professionals from many industries. Its program spanned structural mechanics, fluid dynamics, AI and simulation, automation with Python, and optics. AI drew the biggest crowds: the sessions filled the large conference hall, and the breadth of the audience showed how relevant practical AI has become for engineering teams. Conversations moved quickly from general curiosity to concrete use cases.
STOCHOS Flow and Agentic AI for engineering
One highlight came from Dr. Kevin Cremanns, who presented the latest developments in STOCHOS Flow and the role of Agentic AI in engineering. He showed how the platform lets engineers build domain-specific workflows and custom agents. In practice, these workflows connect engineering knowledge, simulation data, solver logic, probabilistic models, optimization, and reporting into transparent processes that teams can adapt, reuse, and share.
STOCHOS in real engineering projects
Beyond the talk, two projects with CADFEM put STOCHOS to work. One project, with VAT, linked real measurement data and CFD simulation results to predict flow more precisely. Another, with Jaeger-LeCoultre, applied STOCHOS in the context of high-precision watch mechanics.
Together, these examples grounded the AI discussion in concrete results. The strong interest in the sessions and the many conversations at our booth confirmed that engineering teams are ready to move from AI exploration to practical implementation.
