The purpose of the KIP projects is to promote innovative artificial intelligence solutions for healthcare, especially software-based applications of artificial intelligence that support nursing staff and family caregivers and improve the self-determination and quality of life of people in need of care.
Within the project, PI developed AI-based software that analyzes data from a pressure sensor embedded in a shoe, to safeguard patients with diabetic foot syndrome.
- To the patient. Real-time alerts, sent straight to a smartwatch.
- To the clinician. Historical data, anonymized and transmitted securely to a central server for later analysis by healthcare professionals.
Sharing our latest developments with the audience was a rewarding experience, and the feedback from the event was very positive. We also had the opportunity to meet with several customers and look forward to the new projects ahead.
